ABOUT US

Picapau is a micro roastery founded in 2019, a point of reference for specialty
coffee in Rome. We represent the specialty coffee movement at the highest
level, bringing together passion, quality and sustainability.

MISSION

We believe that specialty coffee offers a unique opportunity to improve the
entire coffee production chain. All our specialty coffees are carefully selected
at source, following a philosophy based on quality, traceability, innovation, and
social responsibility.

OUR TEAM

Emanuele and Carolina, founders of Picapau, discovered their passion for
quality coffee in Brazil in 2013, after tasting a specialty coffee for the first time
in a café in São Paulo.
After years of experience in the world of coffee, in 2019 they created Picapau,
introducing a new approach to specialty coffee in Rome.
