We believe that by educating the public and our customers, we can gain a wider awareness of how much work goes into a single cup of great coffee.
Our mission is to educate the consumer on how to taste, prepare, serve and appreciate a good cup of coffee.
For this reason we regularly organize several training sessions: introductory workshops to Specialty Coffee, for professionals who want to better understand the roasting process and techniques and discover other extraction methods, and for baristas who want to improve themselves as professionals.
We are qualified to teach through the Specialty Coffee Association's “CSP” program.
Thanks to our experience and knowledge, we aim to become a reference for the public and for professionals in the sector.
