Our blend Unico is made of Arabica coffees coming from Perù and Brazil. 
We are proud of having them selected and bought directly from the producers building up with them a solid relationships which is helping having more transparency, traceability and "humanity".
 
Unico is the coffee we have created to get closer to the Specialty Coffess world. Due to its composition, it presents a delicate acidity, it is quite soft along with a good body where scents of chocolate and hazelnut are prevailing.
 
Our job started with the research of the row material, the analysis of the combinations and associations between the coffees, ending up outlining the ideal roasting profile.
 
The result of this noteworthy job is a unique and rare product.
